So untuk entry Lapor Diri - My Life ni, I would like to tell u a story about me losses almost 10kg.
Ceritanya bermula lebih kurang 5,6 bulan after penulis start keje.
"Amy, berat ko naek eh? Seriously ak tgok ko makin besar."
"Akak tgok Amy makin senang hati sejak kebelakangan ni.Tgok pipi tu,kembung giler"
"Anok mung ko ni Lah??Besarnyooor.."
"Aku rase kalaw ko kurus siket baru nampak cantik siket."
Pada mulanya, penulis buat tak taw jer dgan komen-komen diatas. Tapi,kalw hari-hari dgar,mcm fed up laa jugak. So,I start my diet kononnya x nak makan nasi. But it just last for 2 weeks.Sedih kan?
But one day,as I go through my Hari Raya and Convocation pictures, I realize that I 'DO' look big and fat..even my face got double chin..OMG!!!!
And starting from that day, I control my eating habit and I also get myself an exercise tools to help me losing weight quickly. So, introducing my two best friends that really help me a lot in sweat and joy..
Nak diet ni,mula-mula memang susah,tp kalaw kite buleh ubah our lifestyle for at least 2 months,inysa-allah by that time our body are getting used to the changes. It's all about determination and errrrrrrrr...(nak cakap it's all about kesungguhan dan keazaman yg sngat kuat untuk menguruskan badan)
Penulis xde laa kurus sngat even dah turun dekat 10kg,but I'm happy with my body right now. =)
notakaki penulis : 2 kg to go to achieve my target..after that it's all about how to maintain ur body .
